Licensing
myPHPsim scripts are licensed under Creative Commons licensing terms as follows:
Basic Scripts:
Basic scripts are licensed under the Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives Creative Commons license. These scripts can be redistributed in their original form as long as the original copyright intact. No modifications may be made to any part of the script except the files located in the 'templates' directory. These scripts cannot be used for commercial purposes.Upgrades:
Upgrades to scripts can be purchased for a set price and include one license per upgrade. They are available for commercial use. Upgrades cannot be redistributed and are copyright, all rights reserved.
User Obligations
In order to access and download scripts, users must provide a valid email address.
Users are prohibited from creating duplicate accounts, attempting to assume the identity of a third party, accessing an account owned by another user, or other fraudulent usage of accounts.
This site reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to an account without notice.
